Our Investment Criteria
We are actively looking to acquire an established business in New England with the intent to own and operate it long-term. Our goal is to steward and grow a business with care, investing in its people and operations. We’re particularly drawn to businesses with the following characteristics:
Profitability
We are interested in companies with EBITDA between $0.5M and $4.0M
Industry Alignment
Our skillsets and experience align with the following industries: B2B or B2C services, consumer products, light manufacturing, or healthcare
Customer Base and Reputation
We prioritize companies with a strong brand and reputation in the community, as well as a loyal customer base
